Mirage Retail Group welcomes BCC into the family

Amsterdam, November 26, 2020 - Mirage Retail Group (Mirage) is proud to announce today the closing of the acquisition of BCC. For the transaction, all works councils and competition authorities have given the required regulatory approval.

Mirage sees BCC as a strong Dutch brand for consumer electronics and recognizes great potential for further growth. BCC will continue to set course for success in the Netherlands with all 1500 employees and 62 stores under the flag of Mirage.
